Our Guarantee

Plants are our jam and we want to ensure you love and care for them as much as we do. For this reason, we guarantee that every plant will arrive in good health, and our plants are guaranteed for 14 days after arrival. We take great pride in the way we take care, prep and protect our plants for transit.  

As living beings, plants don’t always take well to drastic changes to their environment and temperature, so some minor cosmetic blemishes are to be expected and TLC will always be required upon arrival. It may take a few days or weeks for your plant to adjust to its new home and begin to thrive. 

If your plant or pot arrived damaged, and your purchase was made less than 14 days ago, please capture a few photos of your damaged item. Then, contact our Customer Happiness team at info@leafenvy.co.uk with your order number and photos of the damaged item so that we can best assist you further. (Please note: We are unable to process refunds after 14 days and repotting your indoor plant into a new container within the first 14 days will void our 14 day guarantee).
